You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused or defective

  • The item must be in its original packaging (if possible)

  • You must provide your order number and reason for return


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@sundayhaul.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[your number]". Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.


Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No return shipping required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date

  • Items showing signs of heavy use or intentional damage

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase
